1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PecuDesk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PecuDesk provides market analytics, trading signals, and institutional positioning data for informational purposes. The Platform is a decision-support tool. PecuDesk is not a broker or dealer and never holds client funds.

The Platform also offers optional trade execution features on eligible plans. When you enable them, orders are transmitted to your own brokerage account using credentials you provide, under configurations and permissions you control. Use of these features is governed by the Trade Execution Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, signals, and analytics are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription, Trial & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed by Stripe; PecuDesk never sees or stores your card details. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

New accounts receive a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No payment method is required for the trial. When the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically unless you subscribe. One trial per account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Platform data
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
Resell or redistribute signals or analytics without written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PecuDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
